Yes this is my real name. However my friends and colleagues have fondly called me 'madam lurvie' for many years and everyone that calls me that is so dear to me.
I always thought all i could ever be was to be a career person and I couldn't do anything else to earn money. Running a business was definitely not my thing as I never thought I had the ability to do it! Here I am today and very glad I left the very uncomfortable place called my comfort zone. I dared to want more for myself and my family.
I had lacked courage for too long but it is never too late to be what you want to be! I moved to another country with my husband and three children and life was not a walk in the park having to look for another job etc. However in my journey through life I have come to realize that there are seeds of innovation in adversity and you can choose to nurture or discard them!
Having come out of my comfort zone and loving the person I have become, I know there will be women like me whom I can help to walk the path of intentionality to be the most excellent version of themselves.
